So how good is the SKN deal for HCT anyway?

So I thought some reasoned analysis of the SKN distribution deals revenue and impacts for HCT would be helpful here, particularly given some of the inaccuracies in comments on other threads.

noting that this is just one distribution deal for HCT, whether it’s bottled at Natshield or packaged in another product the only thing really important is how much revenue flows to HCT.

initial SKN deal starts at minimum $600k per year and at a 20,000 per month bottling capacity. That means HCT gets $2.5 a bottle, and if for example they sell at $15 SKN get $12.50 (both before costs)

so on the SKN thread lots of excitement about scaling up production, which is great for HCT... the more the better
- Assuming they announce new production of 200k bottles per month this is $6m annual revenue to HCT
- assuming SKN could get to 1m per month production through leveraging their worldwide networks that’s $30m annual revenue to HCT

still much smaller than the $100m annual revenue the US health therapies 1m a month bottling of Natshield itself will yield but shows the benefit of having both run in parallel.

HCT we also know are also in discussions re introducing natshield and / or Pathaway to multiple other global geographic locations.

so basically the only conclusion I can draw is it really doesn’t matter if new deals are for Natshield itself, or for multiple other smaller / sub brands who want to package with different labelling, preferably for both. The more they run in parallel the better as just adding multiple revenue lines.

when COVID19 results are announced Monday, assuming positive, Pathaway will be the ONLY proven natural COVID killing substance and we could likely will see multiple more deals like the SKN one using it as the active ingredient, as well as for the distribution Natshield itself.
