    From a strategic point of view a takeover premium based on today's share price will be easier than a takeover premium on next week's share price.

    Let the games begin.

    There will be two (maybe three offers) ... low ball first offer (40% premium); second offer 55% premium.

    This is only my opinion and I have been wrong before.
