so how long does it take

I'm a little concerned about the length of time this is taking to inform the market of future intentions. I knew it was going to be a slow process but really, this is frozen still.
After all the success of the first well I would have thought it to be a no brainer! Don't forget, it was flowing commercial rates with the water so surely the next well planned around the knowledge gained from the first test well would almost definitely be a winner ( i know there are no sureties but its likely ).
So what is the problem. If Alcoa are too blind, dumb and stupid to keep moving forward then Latent and TSV should just get a JV with someone who is. All this procrastinating is ridiculous. Either get on with it or get out and let somebody who is interested get in.
