Yep agree with you on the two $35M Phase I and Phase II spends.
The 12th November 2012 announcement about Umiat did mention that drilling will continue through till end April 2013 after which "demobilisation from the Umiat location will commence by late April 2013"
So I guess we will have to see if there is any extra spend in the June 2013 quarter.
Also interestingly I dug out the Capital cost of developing Wyoming which was in 2nd Nov 2012 Presentation.
These costs will be Phase I $84M Phase II $164M and Phase III $221M.
If they do develop Wyoming the production revenue will increase but they will need considerable upfront cash first.
