As I understand it, when we accepted 1bn ton from mineralogy and clive took control of company as payment he had no further independant control over that resource.

Therefore, he could sell his entire holding tomorrow and arh would retain rights to that resource.

I'm pretty sure he did say somewhere recently that arh was not the company referred to. ( not going to look it up as I'm over it.)
