and there may be something in that notion.
a cynic might say that the powers behind CVY have in mind a post merger SP of $1+ (or 25c in todays language).
With the North American bias against stocks below $1 that would make it much easier to raise cash to go into production.
either way, CVY is holding up superbly today.
