Pardon me for laughing, but at this point we don't have a REE 'resource', all we have are very good prospects.
Whether NTU turn out to be profitable with HREEs or not, I have no intentions of selling. Uranium, for which they have very good prospects, will still be in demand for a few years yet and now with talk of "peak phosphate" having been reached, their phosphate tenements could suddenly become a whole lot more valuable than they were previously.
For me, REEs are just the cherry on the top, if they are profitable.
