    So it is all about context. Why is it seen as intrusive or disrespectful? Why is it racist? Realise that, somehow, our Gov accepts that just because somebody states they are Aboriginal, there can be no question. Also understand that when Aboriginals claim there is cultural recognition to a certain place, there can be no question. Seems, without question, these laws/rights have been adopted. Sounds a lot like antisemitism, where discussion of a topic needs to be censored. The reality is, any context can be assumed to be racist. A total stitchup.
