p2 was never going to be a production well ,unsinkable .
[It hasn't been successful in the aspect that the flow rates weren't good and they cannot say with a definite answer whether there is production potential in this well or not... ]
The well is total success ,as it did all it was designed to do ..proved up the resorce in this part of the poseidon structure will contribute gas to the production wells updip .
and as you say they now have valuable data on the composition of the HCs .
