I believe it gets harder to sell an agricultural company to a foreign entity once they go over a MC of $250M. When RHL:asx was bought it's share price went up by 50%. So to buy Elders would cost about $2.4 billion. That's a lot of money and a lot of scrutiny. I just don't see the business case. Perhaps you could educate me?
