How any company can get away with this is an absolute disgrace on ASIC or the asx or who ever is supposed to oversee the activities of listed companies. I don't think it would be wrong for anyone to presume the Chinese involvement in TDL and the current tensions between Australia and China has also a part to play in this fiasco.
