As an update, apparently our shares in TDL/TBG will still exist (once and if ASX delists company), but they won't be tradable until and unless they are relisted on an exchange...it's all theoretical of course, but there you go. Indeed, if ASX isn't going to remove suspension or provide a path out of suspension, it'd seem a waste to pay the listing fee?
