By historical records, FBR usually do a raise around Sep-Oct every year, and considering the never-so-low cash reserve, might be even earlier this year.
When does R&D rebate comes in generally?
I hope they really can pull off this show first before they had to do a CR, enough all these dilutions at such low price over the years, shame it's so close now I hope they can stretch it out just a bit more.
