unbelievable that the Japanese are missing this huge opportunity. Before I saw the announcement by "Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Rare-Earth Hi-Tech Company Ltd." I couldn't believe it. What an irony that ARU a company supposed to break the Chinese monopoly finally gets into an MOU upon a cooperation with one major monopoly player. Intersting to get more background over the next days. At least the financing shouldn't be the major issue now.
