Put it this way...It has to.
The SP has to be > than 2.2 by wednesday otherwise no one will take up the SPP as they can just buy on market.
2.2 or less and you'd be buying at a premium.
A 2.2 SPP worked when the SP was 2.6 it wont work if the SP is 2.1
