i think it is more of a case of 'we'll wait till we see the drilling results, then decide'
that is a privilege they, of all people, do NOT deserve.
They could of delayed the closing dates if they wished to allow us folk the same opportunity, but they refused to do so.
If they have any honour they would exclude themselves from the shortfall participation, IMO.
My fingers are toes are all crossed hoping for a quality drilling result to come.
