I wouldn't be surprised to see news this PM after the close - it seems apparent that the folks at NDO are not early risers and struggle to get an announcement out before the open (and they will be thinking "who wants to be drafting announcements on the weekend this close to christmas").
I really hope we have news on each of the zones, even if they say they will continue to test... they have had plenty of time now.
