The fact that the SP is stagnant and not lifting despite their assertions of getting FDA approval soon and nearing the finalisation of a distribution agreement shows how little trust there is in management. it is an indictment.

the 510(k) application to FDA for the MSRA module was submitted around March 2020 (couldn't be worse timing with the pandemic really starting to bite) and it is supposed to be a 90 day review process. notably this APAS module already approved for sale in Aust and Europe with TGA and CE Mark approval which lends itself favourably to being approved by US FDA IMO.
