    I would tend to agree with you if not for the first strike against the board. I cannot see a timeline that allows the angry mob of investors to vote NO that easily.

    BB and the rest will not survive the vote if there is a delay to Q4.

    The board haven't even tried to soften us up for a possible Q4. It's Q3. I'm still voting NO regardless as I intend to hold long term and BB is not suitable
