There will only ever be a better version if users like yourself report any flaws back to the company so they can work on improvements.
As previous replies, there is a "user manual" available and so is an active support hotline via phone or email, this has been discussed several times.
I'm sure that if you report any issues to the company, they can provide a better feedback to you than anybody else here on HC.
If I buy a product and doesn't work, I bring it back to where I bought it from to replace it with a product that does work. Same here, only that it takes some time for them to make it work.
