    One would have to assume that an announcement .... A major announcement is 'imminent'.

    The buying this morning is someone desperate to get hands on stock in a very short time frame and I don't believe it is purely a global x play.

    Production starting up? New contracts? I don't know but I'm almost expecting bad news as its been so long waiting for little PEN to jump

    Cheers to all fellow long-term sufferers and hopefully our days are coming at last!
