Raising at a 30% discount with the double dip of cheap future options attached, which has caused a bloodbath to the market cap and massive dilution, doesn’t exactly scream confidence…with so many possibilities why start talking about them now and not provide regular updates on them prior to raising so low..
Possibilities are endless but capital and goodwill is very limited.
