The fact that 32% of the $11M is being used for "Sales" is a give away IMO. Importantly I see this as incongruent with how they pitched the cap raise and which again brings into question their compliance.
Most don't realise they're part of a ponzi scheme until its too late. You'll definitively know either way by the end of March
