Comment is unrelated. SBB wouldn't have been "obligated" to provide answers to MF if they were a shareholder. But most companies do answer questions from research houses / brokers because that provides transparency, which is a valuable market commodity. So why won't SBB?
Not answering a few questions put by one researcher isn't a dealbreaker though, even if the points on which the questions are based do suggest massive inconsistencies. For me, the issue is the inconsistencies themselves. Can you respond to those?
