Well ive listened and read all the recent posts and I have to say most of you have no idea with the ewxception of a few (Ghosta and Dwecke 2000 to name a few, i should also add myself to that list....lol).......my take is that if the DOW breaks 12800 points then we are in trouble as this is a major support level...........dwecke2000 could be right ...the DOW could rally tonite "as the DATA IS OUT NOW"
The fact that the DOW has had some serious down days you would hope that it regains some of its recent losses and begins to stabalise around 13200-13400
How far can the DOW fall? Well no one here would have a clue so its purely speculation!!! and false propaganda by spin doctors and doomsayers....Doomsayers love this kind of scenario....given tHE dynamics of the subprime lending catastrophe.
Its a bit like "buy the rumour sell the fact" but it would read "sell the rumour and sell the fact"lol /........plenty of scare tactics going on here , but the reality is that the subprime mortgages were always going to "hit home" and destroy the recent bull market.....with interest rates on the fly and finance companies in trouble , this would certainly make one think the BULL run is over and we are entering a new phase BEAR MARKET.........However the key is to put your money into stocks that will still deliver profits even in a bearish sentiment ...take AGM as an example....alot of money has been invested in getting AGM to production, i.e plant costs and setting up operations including recruiting staff and management to take AGM through to its next phase of its life cycle (PRODUCTION)
with AGMS costs to produce sitting around $5000.00 USD even at $25,000 USD Spot price AGM will still make a substancial GP %
Currently the spot price is around $32,000 USD T/Ni
Basically AGM will be in production and if they can get there by mid Feb...YOU WILL SEE THE SHAREPRICE GAIN APPROX 30% on current price.....if the DOW has recovered then we may see more........as always time will tell
cheers JAM
