re: : thanks for nothing afr my guess is tha the journo, while inherently stupid, knew full well the reason for the lower flows. They'd be attracted to the headline value, which is all journo's seem to care a toss about. I call it unnecessary scare mongering and, with no info about the positives from Uganda, biased and malicious reporting.
