so what is it with Dutton that he refuses the invitation to contribute to the discussion on Employment and Wages at the Summit.
I know he says "Its a Union Stunt"..... but this is nonsense as representatives from employer groups will be present and likely to outnumber unionists.
So is Dutton afraid of being shown up as a dunce? or does he fear a trap?
