Perhaps it has more to do with the way 5G is charged by retailers.... the cost of 5G service to the customer is enormous compared with NBN.
I haven't had the opportunity to use 5G whereas my NBN works marvellously (and I'm only on a relatively slow speed). Can't get 5G outside of a major city.
