I have said nothing of the sort on the contrary i have long said that there are too many stale bulls on the register and that that is why i believe this was a good opportunity to bring fresh shareholders onto the register. I dont like you twisting my words to suit your purpose.

It is not my position to speak for anyone but myself, i understand that some shareholders are unhappy and that is their right. Looks to me like that is where the selling is coming from JMHO. No doubt some of the placement stock will get flipped also just the same as would happen if the stock was placed with existing shareholders, sophisticated or otherwise. IMO it would be unrealistic to expect anything else in light of which i am unprepared to get excited about it.
At the end of the day kwaidan both of us are only guessing who is selling or who is buying, i know i certainly dont have access to that info. Do you ?

At the end of the day ALL shareholders will get to vote both for or against the placement and now it seems at an EGM for or against the board. The final tally will determine which one of our opinions is correct about support for management.
