Happy to cop a rent increase... I know times are tough for the landlord.
$100, $200 even $500 extra annually. Just have to have 1 latte less a week... oh well.

Might send the landlord a card and a bunch of flowers at christmas time.
Anyway off for a seafood dinner and might catch a flick afterwards... Any good movies out lately???
