Turnbull's election boosted the A$ as anticipated, but will it stay there? The economic outlook is still pretty crook here, so I think that it will drop below 70c again. However, there is now some optimism about because of Abbot's ousting and Turnbull's elevation which will soon be attended by a new-look Cabinet. Those things promise better things in the sense that instead of having a PM and close team that did not have the confidence of the general populace and business, we now do have some real confidence and optimism instead of pessimism.
