Perseus aren't ones to bite off more than they need to. Plus i don't think Perseus will bother with a pre-DFS project.
just ask why Toubani has the market cap it does. they haven't reached FID, are in a shit jurisdiction to build a new mine, and are basically openly saying they're for sale - why as an investor would you sit around hoping for an OK resource in a shit location to be snapped up by someone (limited companies would bid). The directors will just keep needing to rattle the tin and dilute you.
