Is it fair to say that a $ 300 m share buyback will (should) increase the shareprice by 10%?
on the new mine, they can finance that from incoming funds. Only the bank balance will not increase. Gold will go higher. Eventually Sudan will settle down, Pe ratio is low. A lot to like here.
