Similar issue for Africa operator WAF. Broker sentiments are all 30%+ above current SP but stocks in that locale only creep up slowly as breathless media reporting from the gangs of presstitutes heap doubt and fear about African countries in retaliation for them progressively throwing off the Western shackles.
