I think the board of directors realise there's not much out there at the moment.
Anything they buy will mean large capex for mine build.
They are better off merging with WAF.
2 + 1 = $4 and give PRU and WAF share holders a special dividend.
PRU have the check book to build kiaka and buy another asset
