Why are they doing this Share Purchase Plan Offer?
I have tried to follow the issue of 3B's and tie them back to what they said Blackwood was going to raise but can't seem to get them to tally up.
Have we received all that they said was going to be raised via Convertible notes?
Did we actually raise the 2 million as proposed?
OR
Is this Share Purchase Plan Offer a way of making up the shortfall because Blackwood didn't quite raise what they were asked to raise? If that is the case then I want .02 like those guys!!!!!!! :-)
If Blackwood did actually get the 2 million then the question still remains as to why we are doing this now.
So many questions.......
