2). If the debt is not even par for the course for this size of company ,then repeatedly call it "massive" .

3).keep stating that the company is not profitable, even when the plant and it's output are not finished .

4).In times of historical low sale prices (temporary) of the commodity being produced ,that is the company's fault completely and the stock is now a "dog" .

5).The 20 yrs in the making of the project, therefore making it extremely hard to replicate is of no consequence
mention instead any other rare earth project you have ever heard of no matter how far-fetched and give it a big thumbs up
