The last announcement suggested that the one month was simply to document an agreed deal.

If this is in fact not what takes place CNP must have known there was difficulty and would have had an obligation to disclose this to market.

As they have not , it seems to me all that some documentation is delayed in final completion by one or more of the the parties.

For these unknown reasons it may take more time through to finalise the deal as stated and a further extention of the 2-3 days on halt may be enough or another period agreed upon to finalise the documentation

Any change to this in my opinion would be a breach of disclosure
