The ANNs today make clearer the delay in moving forward on our own, particularly these paras at the end of the first ANN:
The key takeaway is that our B shares are worth heaps more than what is being claimed with the clear inference that the people in Singapore are playing legal games with the hope of exhausting us and obtaining an advantage.
FWIW I hope our people led by Alison hold fast. Those same legal games will just have to continue until the PrIME people are prepared to pay a commercial sum for the class B shares. Surely it's in all MEM shareholders interets that our Board doesn't capitulate to bullying from those who would hope to acquire the B shares for a pittance?
Eventually this will be resolved and then we will see our SP really start to reflect the true value of what we have.
