    Winners and Zinc,

    You are both on the money with your replies to the dark prince. The only thing I would add, is that the asset calculations were based on the price of oil being US$100 a barrell and it is far from a secret where it has gone since then. US$138 a barrell would now warrant a serious rerating of the asset value.

    The other answer is RISK V REWARD. The only major risk with AED and the SP was the deal disappering and them having to start again. That has now disappeared and there are a lot of positives.
