SUSPENSION REQUEST Lodestar Minerals Limited hereby requests the suspension of trading in its shares from the commencement of trading today under ASX Listing Rule 17.2.
The Company has entered into an in-principle agreement for the sale of a material asset. It is intended that the suspension will be lifted upon the release of an announcement detailing the asset sale, anticipated on 3 August 2023, following the signing of a binding agreement and the lodgement of a response to ASX’s price query.
The Board of Lodestar Minerals is not aware of any reason why the suspension in its securities should not be granted by the ASX.
