FBM have an announcement tomorrow , could be LSR are selling the KHLP 20% to allow them to fund drilling the bezeeses out of imbin
would suit both as LSR get drilling money and FBM get all of KHLP without having to pay through the nose at a later date if it turns out to be as good as it looks
if thats what is happening id say it was a win win where both parties are very confidant with their projects just a guess
