Actually, this corruption of a hitherto credible source is a timely reminder that, as we enter the long- and nervously-awaited AVX end-game, now is a good time to write down on a handy post-it note or similar:

what is my strategy, if:
AVX goes into a trading halt, Phase-III results are:
1. As good as could be expected, or ...
2. Good at first glance, but somehow less than, ... or
3. disappointing.

what is my strategy if AVX rises? or falls? in the absence of any announcement?

In other words, determine your thoughts, set your preferred target, decide your contingencies.

Clear thought may be difficult in the coming weeks, for better or worse.
