Question needs to be asked if the asx, has Csd fulfilled its obligations to relist? If so, we should be relisted immediately, not waiting to suit the needs/ wants of directors/ board etc
it was our vote that gave them a 2nd chance, if I knew they were gonna play around this long I would have happily voted no!
due diligence has has been given until 30 June for this latest loan/ share placement.....very close to the 3 year delisting date.....What if the due diligence comes back June 29 saying they’re not happy and will not proceed?? Guarantee shareholders will be offered a pittance! Get this listed jokers!
