Water supply was an issues which is now sorted and not an issues anymore. The drilling crew they used were partly to blame as not hugely experienced .... TYX currently engaging a new more experienced crew for next drilling.
Mining license seems all but approved they had a meeting with the government over there and everything went really well so sounds like it's only a matter of time to approval.
