Very sad...DMA is a few weeks away from doubling its JORC to around 1B tonnes...why not wait till then? Sure we are low on cash, but not that low...and this placement only brings in $2m anyway. I was so proud of the major shareholders when they voted down the last pathetic offer, now management have given shareholders the finger and used this loophole to accept this pathetic offer. Dear oh dear!
