    15% placement dilutes to near 10% on a fuly diluted basis, just a quick glance on the chart & 18c looks pretty close to the VWAP over the past 6 months, issue is escrowed for 12 months.

    89,333,509 FPS @ todays 20.5c close MC = $18M
