Mr Abbott doesn't really care about dirty emissions, so maybe the smokers should be able to smoke wherever they please..... but please don't talk about reducing taxes on cigarettes, that's too much of a revenue raiser.
Maybe the smoke could be sequestered into old people's homes.....
