Unfortunately it seems that because Telstra own all of the landlines what happened to Vonex with that complaining customer will continue with other companys also.
Telstra are a $70 Billion business and have a monopoly on the cables that everybody else uses.
Only those utlising satelite or coaxial such as Foxtel are not subject to this manipulation.
How many competitors have Telstra bought out over the years to eliminate any challenge,that's why their prices are still higher and don't feel they have to explain themselves.
