So here I am on a Sunday evening, currently studying for a Law exam on Wednesday and whilst reading my textbook on Agreement between domestic partners I come across a case summary "Shortall V White [2007] NSWCA 372".
I look at it briefly and think " nah, what's the odds?". Then as I start reading it, it speaks about how the defendant (shortall) failed to transfer shares held in a public company to the plaintiff (white).
Then I got intrigued. So I search the case file and found the document. I've just spent 20 minutes reading through it and it's pretty hairy. No wonder we ended up with the result we had with him running this company. It's an incredibly long document and won't be interesting to most but I thought I'd chuck it up just out of interest.
